Your Groupon item will be dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class Recorded service within 10 Working days from the purchase date.
We will do our best to dispatch your goods as soon as we can but due to a very high volume of Groupon sales it may take up to 10 working days.

Orders are delivered by Parcel Force courier company. More than 98.7% of orders reach our customers the next business day.
Distribution of packages takes place only on weekdays. Packages are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
We will send the package on the address given during registration. Please make sure that at given address there will be person authorized to receive package.
Fees for shipment to England, Wales and part of Scotland, except the islands and the Highlands:
- Orders over £ 50 – shipment FREE!
- Orders from £ 25.01 to £ 50 - fee £ 2.50.
- Order to £ 25.00 - fee £ 5.00

First Contact
After payment you will receive mail telling that the payment process has ran successfully and your order has been forwarded to the warehouse.

Second Contact
After your order is packed you will receive an e-mail that the order is ready to forward it to the Parcel Force courier

Third Contact
In the next mail we will let you know that the packaged order went into the hands of Parcel Force employee. You will be
given a Tracking Number, which will allows you to track your package on Parcel Force website.

order, which was submitted to 9 am on a working day will be delivered on the next working day. If the order is submitted on Friday before 9:00 am will be delivered on Monday. Order placed on Friday after 9.00 am will be delivered on Tuesday.
Express48
order, which was submitted to 9 am on a working day will be delivered in the next two days. If the order is submitted on Friday before 9:00 am will be delivered at the latest on Tuesday. Order submitted on Friday after.9.00 am will be delivered no later than on Wednesday
Express by 9 am - next Day delivery
order, which was submitted to 9 am on a working day will be delivered the next working day before 9.00 am. If the order is submitted on Friday before 9:00 am will be delivered on Monday before 9:00 am. Order submitted on Friday after 9.00 am will be delivered on Tuesday before 9 am.
Express by 10 am - next Day delivery
